All the products go through an intensive layer of checks before they are dispatched.
There are chances that the product might get damaged in transit.
We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy. We do not offer refunds on personalized items, Sale Items unless there is a product defect.
Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Any items that were damaged during transit must also have the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
In case you have received the wrong product. You need to call customer support orwrite to us within 48 hours of the delivery.

WARRANTY

EXCHANGES
You can exchange an item purchased on www.lillyandsparkle.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
CANCELLATIONS
We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at hello@lillyandsparkle.com with your order number within 12 hours.
